Kosta Condous is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with various populations in inpatient and outpatient treatment.

Kosta Condous is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with various populations in inpatient and outpatient treatment. His specialty is substance abuse, primary mental health and co-occurring disorders. Kosta has extensive clinical leadership experience, managing teams of up to 30 clinical professionals throughout multiple treatment programs. Kosta’s extensive experience provides him with a deep knowledge and understanding of residential and outpatient programs, and in turn the dynamic needs required to yield success in this industry. Kosta is committed to providing our clinical team with a work environment in which they can share their passion and creativity, as he believes this will lead to a standout in excellence for client care

James “Kelton” Hudzik

James saw what addiction has done to the LGBT community and felt it was his civic duty to help those that so desperately needed it.

James “Kelton” Hudzik joined our team in October of 2018. Being in recovery himself, he saw what addiction has done to the LGBT community and felt it was his civic duty to help those that so desperately needed it. In addition to being a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC), Kelton also holds a Bachelors of Criminal Justice with a concentration on Human Services and is currently working on his MSW at the University of Southern California. Kelton has a genuine concern for assisting not only the LGBT population, but everyone who has been struggling with addiction. Kelton recently completed the LGBTQIA2+ certificate training with the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals, to ensure he is providing the best of care possible to all of his clients.

Due to our private cottage experience, compassionate staff, and custom clinical programming, our clients find that our facility becomes their home. There is a sense of new found independence that grows from having private kitchens, bedrooms and living spaces, and we find our cottages promote pride of ownership in our guests. Enjoy lunches and dinners provided by our private chef and weekly cleaning services, all within a facility designed to promote peace, safety and personal growth.
